Bernadine leads Business Development at national level for Core Integra and her responsibilities include designing the strategy to drive growth and achieve market leadership in the areas of business of Core Integra. She holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance.

Anshul Gupta is a seasoned corporate sales leader who comes with 14+ years of experience in corporate sales with over a decade of specialized expertise in selling HRO services.
Known for his strategic vision and proven ability to scale businesses, Anshul has successfully driven end-to-end sales strategies, managed P&L responsibilities, and spearheaded the launch of new business lines in his previous roles.
A B.Tech and MBA graduate, Anshul blends analytical precision with a market-driven approach to deliver sustainable growth. His career spans organizations such as HT Media, Quess Corp, and Allsec Technologies, where he mastered enterprise relationship management, consultative solution selling, revenue optimization, and building high-performing sales teams.

We are pleased to welcome Munab Ali Beik as “Head – Compliance Advisory Practices“ at Core Integra.
Munab, a lawyer by qualification has over 20 years of experience in the field of compliances across various industries. He is well known in the Industry as the go-to person when it comes to any advise on Compliances hence well connected with leaders across multiple Corporates, practicing professionals, compliance officers and industry associations. His trainings and webinars on compliance matters is well received by the industry participants.
Munab’s experience in regulatory compliances is comprehensive covering Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Statutory compliances, Compensation & Other Employment Laws, Industrial relations and dispute management. Along with domain expertise, he comes with a passion for technology which has helped digitally transform many areas of compliances which otherwise required laborious paper work.
Munab will play in critical role in scaling the Advisory practices at Core Integra and delivering high quality content to the industry. He would be representing Core Integra in various national and international forums including Government initiatives in simplifying compliances and promoting ease of doing business in India.

Vinay Vishnu Kadam is a qualified Company Secretary with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, compliance and governance. With a strong foundation in Indian company law, he has built expertise in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including fund-raising, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Coreintegra, he served as the Company Secretary at Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Private Limited where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial functions across six group companies. His role included overseeing board and shareholder management, statutory filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He played key role in executing complex transactions, particularly driving the fundraising efforts for startup group companies in technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Vinay gained valuable experience at secretarial and chartered accountancy firm, where he was involved in corporate finance, financial statements analysis, debt syndication and advisory for clients across industries such as textiles, auto ancillary, and hospitality, assisting them in securing equity and working capital funding. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an LL.B. from New Law College, Mumbai. He is also a graduate in Commerce from D. G. Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Mumbai.

Sharookh Colabawalla has over 25 years of experience in all areas of Accounts, Finance & Commercial Operations, including Purchase, Systems in both the Manufacturing & Service industries.
He was heading the Finance Function for the Motors & Calibration divisions of Lawkim Ltd (Godrej Group Company). Extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures, with working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls. Was instrumental in implementing ERP systems & MIS Systems in the Motors Division. Played a major part in the Turnaround of Domestic call centre business.
