Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and IT/ITES sector in areas of Business development, Operations, Service delivery, Finance & Accounts, Technology, Risk and Compliance. He has been with leading brands like ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, IDBI Bank, Angel Broking, Ambit Capital and Mahindra & Mahindra before taking over the leadership of Coreintegra.

Mahesh is a specialist in setting up businesses and re-engineering operating units as a profit centre by designing unique value propositions for Clients using lean processes, low cost-high impact solutions and innovative technology. Prior to joining Coreintegra, Mahesh built Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions, a Mahindra Group Company as a Shared Services Centre for the Group along with being a competent KPO for non Mahindra companies. He has been an active member of NASSCOM BPM Council and holds a passion for developing Tier B & C locations in India in the IT/ITES space.

Gaurav Bali aged 41 is the Non–Executive Director and Promoter of our Company. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Computer Application from Saurashtra University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Management & Information Technology from Symboisis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune. He has over 18 years of experience in technology-driven business management, entrepreneurial leadership, and strategic consulting. He has worked across various organizations in industries such as AI, compliance, marketing, telecommunications, and consumer goods.

Sriram Natarajan aged 66 is the Non–Executive Director and Promoter of our Company. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science (Honours Course) (B.Sc.) in Botany from University of Delhi and also possess a Master of Philosophy in Botany from University of Delhi, a Master of Science in Plant Physiology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. He has more than 3 decades of experience in developing, manufacturing and marketing of diagnostic devices and kits, in domestic and international markets, to both private and public sector enterprises.

Sangeetha Sriram aged 66 is the Non–Executive Director and Promoter of our Company. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry from Venkateshwara University and possesses a Master of Science in Botany from University of Delhi. She more than a decade of experience in the diagnostics sector.

Rajeshwar Tripathi aged 63 is the Non–Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Service with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Indian Social Institute He brings more than one decade of experience in human resource strategy, talent management, HR transformation and digitalization in industries including steel and cement. He currently is associated with Varun Beverages Limited as “Group CHRO of RJ Corp” and previously he was associated with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He was appointed as a Non–Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from March 27, 2025.

Manav Ravindranath Dhanda aged 51 is the Non–Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from University of Delhi, a certification course on Innovation of Products and Services: MIT’s approach to Design Thinking from Emeritus Institute of Management and Business Analytics: from Data to Insight certification course from University of Pennsylvania. He brings over a decade of experience across media, consumer, and sustainable brands. Currently, he is the Co-founder of Moksha multiverse Private Limited. Previously, he was associated with Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited and Sab Events & Governance Now Media Limited. He was appointed as an Independent Director of the company with effect from March 27, 2025.

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Chauhan aged 58 is the Non–Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Civil and Criminal Law from Gujarat University. He also possesses Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law from Maharshi Dayanand University with research on “International Arbitration on Commercial Matters in Indian Perspective”, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Labour Laws from University of Pune, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from University of Pune, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature from Osmania University, and also completed his Pre-University Course in commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University. He has more than 2 decades of experience in Talent acquisition, Performance management system, organizational restructuring, building leadership teams, industrial relations expert, Labour Laws and its end-to-end compliance. Previously, he was associated with Pepe Jeans India Limited, Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited, GMR Bajoli Holi HP (P) Ltd, GGL, GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd, LNJ Bhilwara, Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited, ILMS Gurgaon institute and Keyshan Cement Pvt Ltd. He was appointed as an Independent Director of the company with effect from March 27, 2025.

Amitava Ghosh aged 56 years is the Non–Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Agra University. He also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Bangalore University and Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. He has more than 2 decades of experience in Employee Relations, Compliance, Employment Law and Policy Formulation, he has significantly contributed to the field through research, teaching, and advisory roles. Previously, he was associated with ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd, IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd, IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd, Team Lease Services Limited and More Group India Ltd. He was appointed as Non–Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from August 01, 2025.

Chief: HR Operations, Staffing and Payroll

Swati has done her Post Graduation in HRM from Symbiosis and comes with over 27 years of experience in the HR domain with expertise in HR strategy & policies, compensation and benefits, HR operations, performance management, talent acquisition and payroll processing.

Swati has been with Core Integra since 2021, initially responsible for setting up and scaling the payroll outsourcing vertical and subsequently managing the Recruitment and Staff augmentation verticals.

Chief Financial Officer

Pallav Jain a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led financial planning, budgeting, and Statutory compliance initiatives, driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Known for his strategic approach and attention to detail, Pallav excels in aligning financial goals with broader business objectives.

Passionate about leveraging financial insights for informed decision-making, he is dedicated to fostering transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Head – Business Development

Anshul Gupta is a seasoned corporate sales leader who comes with 14+ years of experience in corporate sales with over a decade of specialized expertise in selling HRO services.

Known for his strategic vision and proven ability to scale businesses, Anshul has successfully driven end-to-end sales strategies, managed P&L responsibilities, and spearheaded the launch of new business lines in his previous roles.

A B.Tech and MBA graduate, Anshul blends analytical precision with a market-driven approach to deliver sustainable growth. His career spans organizations such as HT Media, Quess Corp, and Allsec Technologies, where he mastered enterprise relationship management, consultative solution selling, revenue optimization, and building high-performing sales teams.

With a forward-thinking mindset and a knack for creating scalable sales models, Anshul now heads the Business Development vertical at Core Integra, fuelling the company’s mission to deliver excellence and drive long-term success.

Head – Compliance Advisory Practices

We are pleased to welcome Munab Ali Beik as “Head – Compliance Advisory Practices“ at Core Integra.

Munab, a lawyer by qualification has over 20 years of experience in the field of compliances across various industries. He is well known in the Industry as the go-to person when it comes to any advise on Compliances hence well connected with leaders across multiple Corporates, practicing professionals, compliance officers and industry associations. His trainings and webinars on compliance matters is well received by the industry participants.

Munab’s experience in regulatory compliances is comprehensive covering Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Statutory compliances, Compensation & Other Employment Laws, Industrial relations and dispute management. Along with domain expertise, he comes with a passion for technology which has helped digitally transform many areas of compliances which otherwise required laborious paper work.

Munab will play in critical role in scaling the Advisory practices at Core Integra and delivering high quality content to the industry. He would be representing Core Integra in various national and international forums including Government initiatives in simplifying compliances and promoting ease of doing business in India.

Company Secretary

Vinay Vishnu Kadam is a qualified Company Secretary with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, compliance and governance. With a strong foundation in Indian company law, he has built expertise in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including fund-raising, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Coreintegra, he served as the Company Secretary at Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Private Limited where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial functions across six group companies. His role included overseeing board and shareholder management, statutory filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He played key role in executing complex transactions, particularly driving the fundraising efforts for startup group companies in technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Vinay gained valuable experience at secretarial and chartered accountancy firm, where he was involved in corporate finance, financial statements analysis, debt syndication and advisory for clients across industries such as textiles, auto ancillary, and hospitality, assisting them in securing equity and working capital funding. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an LL.B. from New Law College, Mumbai. He is also a graduate in Commerce from D. G. Ruparel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Mumbai.
