Mahesh Krishnamoorthy

Managing Director

Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and IT/ITES sector in areas of Business development, Operations, Service delivery, Finance & Accounts, Technology, Risk and Compliance. He has been with leading brands like ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, IDBI Bank, Angel Broking, Ambit Capital and Mahindra & Mahindra before taking over the leadership of Coreintegra.

Mahesh is a specialist in setting up businesses and re-engineering operating units as a profit centre by designing unique value propositions for Clients using lean processes, low cost-high impact solutions and innovative technology. Prior to joining Coreintegra, Mahesh built Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions, a Mahindra Group Company as a Shared Services Centre for the Group along with being a competent KPO for non Mahindra companies. He has been an active member of NASSCOM BPM Council and holds a passion for developing Tier B & C locations in India in the IT/ITES space.

Sandesh Chitnis

Chief Executive Officer

A distinguished professional with about three decades of experience, Mr. Sandesh possesses a Commerce degree and a postgraduate qualification in Finance. With an illustrious career journey, he has garnered extensive expertise in the Financial, Broking, and HR sectors, both in India and Singapore.

 Mr. Sandesh has displayed an exceptional aptitude for IT products, effectively leveraging this proficiency to identify and implement numerous financial, broking, and HR solutions. His contributions have been pivotal in driving successful product integration and optimization strategies.

 Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Core Integra for a tenure of nine years, Mr. Sandesh takes care of the overall responsibility for the organization’s profit and loss management. Additionally, he spearheads business development initiatives and plays a key role in establishing an efficient IT ecosystem.

 Mr. Sandesh’s unwavering dedication to technology adaptation is evident and inspiring, as he recognizes its paramount significance in facilitating the comprehensive growth of the organization.

Sharookh Colabawalla

Chief Financial Officer

Sharookh Colabawalla has over 25 years experience in all areas of Accounts, Finance & Commercial Operations, including Purchase, Systems in both Manufacturing & Service industries.

He was heading the Finance Function for Motors & Calibration divisions of Lawkim Ltd (Godrej group Company). Extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures, with working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls. Was instrumental in implementing ERP systems & MIS Systems in the Motors Division. Played a major part in Turnaround of Domestic call centre business.

Major Areas of Expertise: Financial Planning & Strategy, Managing Profitability, HR Compliance, Promoting Process improvement.

Sameer Kulkarni

Chief Information Officer

Seasoned Technocraft having two decades of experience across the industry and domain. IT experience including Robotic Process Automation, IT Infra Management, Product development and Delivery, Transformation Consulting, Presales, Onsite Account Management, Strategic Pursuits.

Sameer’s exposure to enabling business through technology across manufacturing to banking, Aviation to professional services has enabled companies to remain on the technical edge. Has working experience in Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, US, Canada & UK. Driven by sportsmanship spirit and have demonstrated the ability to work with any level.

His never say no and taking tough decisions to make things workable comes from his passion for off-roading.

Ramesh Padmanabhan

Chief Operating Officer

Ramesh is a veteran in the Legal and Compliance domain with over three decades of experience in Industrial relations and Personnel management. He has spent a considerable part of his career in the administrative wing of the Indian Air Force post which he joined the Corporate sector in captive as well as consulting side of the industry.

His experience includes leadership roles in organizations like Aparajitha, All Sec, Alp Consulting, Team Lease and Tata Projects. Over the years, Ramesh has successfully created operating models which has an appropriate blend of people, process and technology to deliver exemplary Customer Experience.

Swati Chavarkar

Chief: HR Operations, Staffing and Payroll

Swati has done her Post Graduation in HRM from Symbiosis and comes with over 27 years of experience in the HR domain with expertise in HR strategy & policies, compensation and benefits, HR operations, performance management, talent acquisition and payroll processing.

Swati has been with Core Integra since 2021, initially responsible for setting up and scaling the payroll outsourcing vertical and subsequently managing the Recruitment and Staff augmentation verticals.

Bernadine Kharnaior


National Sales Head

Bernadine is a seasoned professional in the HR practices industry with a remarkable track record of close to two decades. She comes with experience in leadership roles in business development with expertise in new client acquisition, demand generation, key account management, revenue management and sales strategy having worked with organizations like Team Lease, Adecco and Buzzworks in the past.

Bernadine leads Business Development at national level for Core Integra and her responsibilities include designing the strategy to drive growth and achieve market leadership in the areas of business of Core Integra. She holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance.

Munab Ali Beik

Head – Compliance Advisory Practices

We are pleased to welcome Munab Ali Beik as “Head – Compliance Advisory Practices“ at Core Integra.

Munab, a lawyer by qualification has over 20 years of experience in the field of compliances across various industries. He is well known in the Industry as the go-to person when it comes to any advise on Compliances hence well connected with leaders across multiple Corporates, practicing professionals, compliance officers and industry associations. His trainings and webinars on compliance matters is well received by the industry participants.

Munab’s experience in regulatory compliances is comprehensive covering Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Statutory compliances, Compensation & Other Employment Laws, Industrial relations and dispute management. Along with domain expertise, he comes with a passion for technology which has helped digitally transform many areas of compliances which otherwise required laborious paper work.

Munab will play in critical role in scaling the Advisory practices at Core Integra and delivering high quality content to the industry. He would be representing Core Integra in various national and international forums including Government initiatives in simplifying compliances and promoting ease of doing business in India.

Meenakshi Jaryal

Head – Talent Acquisition

Meenakshi Jaryal comes with close to two decades of experience in the Talent Acquisition space having managed large specialist recruitment teams for prominent organizations like Mphasis, Dell, Bharati Tele Tech. She ventured into entrepreneurship about a decade ago setting up Kyros Inc. which specialized in onshore and offshore talent acquisition for multiple global brands.

Her strengths are not restricted to sourcing the right talent with the right cultural fitment for the Client organization but having been an entrepreneur, she comes with a deep understanding of business enablement, client success and innovation.
